Rooptry Refund Policy
At Rooptry, we want you to love your experience with us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below for details on how to request a return, refund, or exchange.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept return requests within 24 hours of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made items

3. How to Request a Refund
To start a return or refund request:

4. Refund Method
