Rooptry Return & Exchange Policy

At Rooptry, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please review the policy below before submitting a request.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 1 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags must be attached, and packaging intact.
  • You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items or clearance items
  • Gift cards and digital downloads
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items returned after the allowed timeframe
  • [If applicable] Rented items with signs of excessive wear or damage

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at contact@rooptry.com within the return window.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
  3. If your request is approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange.

4. Shipping Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
  • Items lost in transit will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or item?

  • If the replacement item is in stock, we’ll process your exchange once the original item is returned.
  • If unavailable, we will offer store credit or a full refund, based on your preference.

6. Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us at contact@rooptry.com within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include a photo of the item and a brief description
  • We will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
